Zoe Goes Running
Nonprofit: World Pediatric Project
Thousands have climbed Mount Everest. Hundreds have run across the United States. But no one has ever run the route of the Tour de France. Beginning May 18th, Zoë Romano will attempt to make history by being the first person to accomplish this daunting feat. It?s a race against time to finish one day ahead of the cyclists in Paris.
Zoë will be running more than a marathon, every day, 6 days a week for 9 weeks. Yet, this is less about a run, and more about living life, pursuing our dreams, and saving the lives of critically ill children. Zoë is running to raise funds and awareness for World Pediatric Project patients in need of life-saving care so they, too, can grow up and live their dreams.
Be a part of history and help Zoe reach her NEW goal of $150,000. Thanks to the recent outpouring of generosity, she is increasing her goal to send two additional pediatric teams (six in total) to WPP’s partner countries on week-long surgery missions AND help bring four children to the US for more complex care.
Gifts of $25 or more will receive an official Team Zoë t-shirt and updates from Zoë from the road.
